BEL is looking for eligible candidates for the position of Assistant Security Officer (ESM) on a fixed tenure basis for 15 years. The role will require overseeing all security-related aspects at BEL’s RPSCs in Jodhpur, Bathinda, and Pathankot.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: A degree in any discipline with a pass class.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience in the armed forces as Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) or equivalent rank.
• Age Limit:
• General: 50 years
• OBC (NCL): 53 years
• Required Rank in Armed Forces: Candidates must be in the rank of Junior Commissioned Officer at the time of leaving the army, navy, or air force.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all security aspects related to the BEL RPSCs located in Jodhpur, Pathankot, and Bathinda.

Remuneration:

• Salary Scale: ₹30,000 to ₹1,20,000 + admissible allowances.

Selection Process:

• Candidates will undergo a written test (85 marks) followed by an interview (15 marks) for final selection.
