HPCL is recruiting for the following Junior Executive positions in the Refineries Division:

1. Junior Executive – Mechanical

  • Vacancies: 11
  • Eligibility: 3-year full-time regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Age Limit: Max 25 years
  • Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000

2. Junior Executive – Electrical

  • Vacancies: 17
  • Eligibility: 3-year full-time regular Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • Age Limit: Max 25 years
  • Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000

3. Junior Executive – Instrumentation

  • Vacancies: 6
  • Eligibility: 3-year full-time regular Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering
  • Age Limit: Max 25 years
  • Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000

4. Junior Executive – Chemical

  • Vacancies: 1
  • Eligibility: 3-year full-time regular Diploma in Chemical Engineering
  • Age Limit: Max 25 years
  • Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000

5. Junior Executive – Fire & Safety

  • Vacancies: 28
  • Eligibility: Any Science Graduate + Diploma in Fire & Safety
  • Age Limit: Max 25 years
  • Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Essential Qualifications: Diploma in respective engineering disciplines as mentioned above.
  • Minimum Marks:
  • UR/OBCNC/EWS: 60% marks
  • SC/ST/PwBD: 50% marks
  • Age Limit: Maximum 25 years (as on the last date of application)
  • Experience: Freshers are eligible for all positions.

  • Commencement of Online Application: 26th March 2025 (09:00 AM)
  • Last Date of Online Application: 30th April 2025 (11:59 PM)
