IFFCO is seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated candidates for the post of Agriculture Graduate Trainee (AGT). Successful candidates will undergo training for one year, after which they may be absorbed as full-time employees depending on IFFCO’s requirements. The positions are available at various field offices in India and abroad.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Four years full-time B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree from a UGC-recognized university/institute.
  • General/OBC candidates must have secured at least 60% marks, while SC/ST candidates must have secured at least 55%.
  • Candidates who graduated in 2022 or later are eligible to apply.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum age: 30 years as of 1st March 2025.
  • Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates (not belonging to the creamy layer).

Language Proficiency:

  • Knowledge of the regional language of the state where you are applying is essential.
  • Knowledge of Hindi is desirable. Candidates who are fluent in multiple languages will have an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Stipend during training: Rs. 33,300 per month.
  • Post-training salary: Upon successful completion of training, candidates may be absorbed at a basic pay of Rs. 37,000 per month in the pay scale of Rs. 37,000 – 70,000, along with allowances and benefits as per IFFCO’s rules.

Service Bond:

  • General/OBC candidates must provide a service bond of Rs. 80,000 for a minimum of 3 years post-training.
  • SC/ST candidates are required to submit a bond of Rs. 20,000 for 3 years of service.

Selection Process:

  1. Preliminary Online Test: Candidates must appear for the test using their own computer/laptop and internet connection.
  2. Final Online Test: Shortlisted candidates from the preliminary test will be called for the final online test at one of IFFCO’s designated centers across India.
  3. Personal Interview: Based on the final test performance, candidates will be invited for a personal interview.
  4. Medical Examination: Candidates shortlisted after the interview will undergo a medical examination as per IFFCO’s medical standards.

Job Locations:

Field offices across India. Selected candidates should be willing to work in rural areas and may be posted in any state or project of IFFCO across India or abroad.
