NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Ltd., It is expanding its renewable power and hydrogen generation business and is looking for experienced professionals to join its team.

As part of its ambitious plan to achieve an installed capacity of 60 GW by 2032, NGEL invites applications for various engineering and executive roles in the renewable energy sector.

Vacancy Overview:
NGEL seeks dynamic professionals for a fixed-term contract (3 years, extendable by 2 years) across multiple locations in India, including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and more.

Available Positions:

  1. Engineer (RE – Civil) – 40 Vacancies
  • Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (60% marks, 50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
  • Experience: 3+ years in geotech, piling, foundation, structural steel, switchyard, etc.
  • Age Limit: 30 years
  • Preferred: Renewable Energy (RE) experience

2. Engineer (RE – Electrical) – 80 Vacancies

  • Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (60% marks, 50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
  • Experience: 3+ years in switchyard, transmission systems, transformers, etc.
  • Age Limit: 30 years
  • Preferred: Renewable Energy (RE) experience

3.Engineer (RE – Mechanical) – 15 Vacancies

  • Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (60% marks, 50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
  • Experience: 3+ years in mechanical systems of RE projects
  • Age Limit: 30 years
  • Preferred: ME/M.Tech in related fields

4. Executive (RE – Human Resource) – 7 Vacancies

  • Qualification: Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in HR/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management (60% marks)
  • Experience: 3+ years in HR functions/Industrial Relations
  • Age Limit: 30 years
  • Preferred: Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, Data Analytics

Executive (RE – Finance) – 26 Vacancies

    • Qualification: CA/CMA qualified
    • Experience: 1+ year post-qualification experience in Finance/Accounts
    • Age Limit: 30 years
    • Preferred: Experience in finance operations, statutory compliances, budgeting, etc.

    Engineer (RE – IT) – 4 Vacancies

      • Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or IT (60% marks, 50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
      • Experience: 3+ years in networking, web application development, and IT systems
      • Age Limit: 30 years

      Engineer (RE – Contract & Material) – 10 Vacancies

        • Qualification: BE/B.Tech (any stream) with PG Diploma in Material/Supply Chain Management or MBA in Renewable Energy
        • Experience: 1+ year in Renewable Energy industry
        • Age Limit: 30 years

        Remuneration:

        • Approximate CTC: Rs. 11,00,000/- per annum (including both fixed and variable components).
        • Remuneration is subject to experience, location, and other terms of appointment.

        Eligibility Criteria:

        • Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD, and 5 years for domiciled candidates in J&K between 01.01.80 to 31.12.89.
        • Candidates should meet the medical fitness standards as per NGEL’s guidelines.

        Selection Process:

        • Computer Based Test (CBT): 70% weightage
        • Experience: 10% weightage
        • Interview: 20% weightage
        • CBT will test general aptitude, technical skills, and subject knowledge.
