Pawan Hans Limited (A Government of India Enterprise) is India’s largest helicopter company and a premier Central Public Sector Enterprise under the administrative control of the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India. With an ambitious expansion plan for operational activities and fleet augmentation, Pawan Hans is seeking committed, result-oriented, dynamic, and experienced professionals for the following position:
Position: Engineer (Air Conditioning)
Location: Delhi/NCR & Mumbai Salary: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000 (IDA Scale) Annual CTC: Rs. 10.04 Lakh (Includes Basic Pay, DA, HRA & other perquisites)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the maintenance and management of air-conditioning systems in the fleet of helicopters.
Oversee VRF/VRV air conditioning works and ensure smooth operational processes.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards in all air-conditioning operations.
Troubleshoot and provide solutions for air-conditioning-related issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
B.Tech/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Air-conditioning Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience: At least 1 year of post-qualification executive experience in relevant fields, specifically handling VRF/VRV air conditioning systems.
Desirable Experience:
Experience in the aviation industry is preferred.
Age Limit:
30 years (Age relaxation as per Govt. of India norms)
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of air-conditioning systems, particularly VRF/VRV systems.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Familiarity with the maintenance and troubleshooting of aviation-related air conditioning systems.
Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview based on the scrutiny of applications.
Document verification will be done before the interview.
Final selection will be based on merit from the interview.

Salary and Benefits:
Basic Pay: Rs. 40,000 plus DA, HRA, and other perquisites.
Annual CTC: Rs. 10.04 Lakh.
Travel Expenses: Outstation candidates will be reimbursed travel expenses for the interview as per PHL rules.

All qualifications must be from recognized institutions.
Post-qualification experience will only be considered.
Candidates already working in government organizations must submit applications through proper channels.

Eligibility Relaxation:
SC/ST candidates: 5 years
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates: 3 years
