Qualifications and Experience:

1. Team Leader (Safety)

• Degree in any Engineering branch + Industrial Safety (Degree/Diploma)
• Minimum 15 years experience in safety for high-rise buildings or similar projects.

1. Team Leader (MEP)

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 15 years experience in high-rise or similar projects, with expertise in Electrical/HVAC/Firefighting/Plumbing systems.

1. Project Engineer (MEP)

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7 years experience in MEP systems.

1. Safety Engineer

• Degree in Engineering + Industrial Safety (Degree/Diploma)
• Minimum 5 years (Degree) / 7 years (Diploma) experience in Safety.

1. Junior Engineer (MEP)

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years (Degree) / 7 years (Diploma) experience in MEP systems.

Salary (Approx. CTC):

• Team Leader (Safety): ₹19.6 LPA
• Team Leader (MEP): ₹19.6 LPA
• Project Engineer (MEP): ₹14.07 LPA
• Safety Engineer: ₹11.3 LPA
• Junior Engineer (MEP): ₹4.13 LPA (Diploma holders) / ₹5.57 LPA (Degree holders)
